Opi Nail Polish Return to Style and Fashion
By LifeAdviceSite.com

Nail polish is nothing new. We've always known what a great accessory nail polish or nail lacquer can be. In fact, it actually dates back to about 3000 BC. It
makes the nails shiny and smooth, lends any number of lovely hues and
shades to brighten the tips of our fingers and when chosen carefully,
it protects the nails from excessive damage.
The nails are similar to skin in that they can dry out, become brittle
and even peel. Consistent use of nail polish can help to fortify the
nail and protect against breakage.
For
years the women in my family were attached to one particular brand
which did a great job, but recently it did not seem to be lasting as
well as it used to. We decided to try something new and sprang for a
more expensive brand from a beauty supply store. I was ready to be
critical because I don't necessarily believe we have to pay more in
order to get value, but I have to admit Opi Nail Lacquer really did
the trick.

I
tried it out with one coat of a clear base coat followed by one coat
of Opi Nail Lacquer in a pale pink color. The following day the polish
was still in tact and looked perfect. After cooking dinner and pulling
hot pizza out of the oven with the tips of my fingernails, I noticed
the polish was still perfect. With some other brands, I've noticed a
tendency to melt on the edges if they come into contact with something
hot from the oven.
Several
days later, it was still looking good. It was only after day 5 that I
started noticing the edges peeling slightly. After a week I was ready
for a new manicure, and that was fine with me. Two coats of polish is
even more durable. The lacquer applies smoothly without streaking or
lumping, and the brush is easy to maneuver. All in all, Opi did a
great job. I may have found a new favorite brand!
