While some will say that the universe is one mass of chaotic energy where we just happened into existence by chance, others disagree.  Among billions of souls on the planet, the vast majority subscribe to some sort of religion or belief system which often differ only in the details.  The basic tenets and morality of countless systems of beliefs the world over hold common thoughts and ideals in synchronicity to each other.  We can only circumspect this phenomenon must be a result of some inherent truth bred into the fabric of our very souls.

Science has proven to us that there is actually a systematic pattern to our universe.  Everything has a reason for being, and patterns within patterns are constantly revealed even on a microscopic level.

The universal laws we speak of are laws believed to be at work in our universe at all times.  Like the law of gravity, the law of aerodynamics and so on, these laws are always in effect and apply to everyone and everything regardless of their belief system.

Many of these natural laws of the universe have been handed down through the ages.  Their discovery was the result of observation, research, study and continuous application.  They have been  tested, tried and proven to be true on both a spiritual and scientific level for untold generations.

Often lost and rediscovered through time, the laws can be neglected and allowed to lie idle, but they do not change.  There is no penalty for breaking a universal law, because they cannot be broken.  They can only be utilized properly or not.  They are there for all of us to apply in our lives in whatever way we see fit to create harmony, peace and a wonderful existence for all time.
