Sauteed Steak Lasagna Back to Recipes
By LifeAdviceSite.com
This is a tasty, quick meal that can be prepared in just a few minutes with just one skillet. This recipe is for one serving, but you can easily double or triple the recipe for as many servings as you like.
You'll need:
2-4 sheets of minute steak
2-4 layers of no-boil lasagna noodles
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Start by browning your minute steaks in a frying pan or skillet and then set them aside on a clean paper towel to drain. Wipe the grease from the pan and fill the pan with an inch or two of water. Cook the lasagna noodles for just a minute or two until they are softened. If you wish, you may skip this step and just cook the assembled product covered for a few minutes longer.
1. Lay out a noodle in the pan and cover with a light layer of tomato sauce. |
2. Add one sheet of minute steak
|
|
|
|
3. Top with shredded cheese.
Repeat this process for each layer. |
4. Return to the heat with 1/2-1 inch of water in the pan and cook until the cheese is melted and the water has evaporated. |
