Apple Salad Back to Recipes

This salad is colorful, beautiful and full of not only a wealth of nutrition, but it is packed with flavor, too.
For this dish, you'll need:
Lettuce and arugula
Tomato
One green apple
One half avocado
Cooked shredded chicken
Blue cheese
Dried cranberry

1. In a large bowl arrange a bed of
lettuce and arugula
2. Top with tomato sliced or cubed
3. Add one
small green apple sliced thinly
4. Top with shredded chicken
5. Finish with a crumble of blue
cheese, a drizzle of vinaigrette and a sprinkle of dried cranberries
