about 45 calories a slice, and they are made with whole grains. Ryvita is another great option. You
can also use them to make a quick and tasty pizza! Just apply a layer
of pizza sauce before you pile on the cheese. You will be surprised at
how tasty they are, and they soften up in the microwave.
